Retreat (14 to 17 April)

Join us at Lake Moogerah for 3 days and nights of bliss. Daily workshops, yoga, meditation, kiirtans and recreational activities. In the evenings, group cultural programs and gathering will be the highlight. All foods served will be pure vegetarian with lots of fresh fruits and greens. We encourage you to book early as we have limited spaces. Basic accommodation will be provided

If you are keen to learn meditation the proper way, our teachers will be pleased to teach and share their knowledge & experiences
